Les anarques liées pennystocks

Ci dessous un spam reçu sur ma boite skype. Autant dire qu'avec ses étoiles, ses titres tapageurs, des objectifs de cours avec des "+" à la fin, le sérieux peut être mis en doute!! Pourquoi ces recommandations à l'achat? Pourquoi une personne prend le temps de m'écrire ce message? Plusieurs raisons possibles:

1. manipulation de cours: Cette personne a acheté au préalable une position sur ce titre et espère que cette "campagne" incitera des gens à acheter ce titre. La faible liquidité et la forte volatilité des pennystocks feront que le cours montera rapidement, permettant à notre brocker de vendre ses propres titres aux pigeons attirés par ses recommandations bidons!!
2. conflits d'intérêts: sous les aspects d'analyse financière indépendante se cache simplement un brocker payé par la société pennystock pour faire la promotion de son titre par tout les moyens!
